I don't understand. Are you saying there WASN'T a military blockade in the
events that take place in GMK?

   Have you known many military

Remember also, in many of these movies, They know where
   > Godzilla is landing, and evacuate the areas, plus put a no-civilian
   flyzone
   > in the area (especially since many of their vehicles tend to be flyers,
   and
   > Godzilla is notorious for shooting down helicopters.

But in these recent movies, there has been no record of Godzilla shooting
down any helicopters prior to his respective appearance in said film since
the timeline starts over with every movie.

   Couple of points:
   1) What we learned after 9-11 is that anything can become a quick media
situation prior to any military action taking place (if we want to apply
   real life into films)

2)When a monster appears out of the blue, it's not set in stone that the
military can quarantine any area ASAP, especially since you would assume the
monsters don't follow the laws of man and can be very unpredictable.

    Not to
   > mention timing. Megaguilas emerges, then goes right after Godzilla.
   Between
   > his emergence, and time of demise, it couldn't be more than a few hours.

   the

Ok, I'm a bit confused then so bear with me. What exactly is your problem
again with GMK in regards to reporters?
