   Yes, it is.  We have had to put up with him and his "friends" from the   
   tykesground group for several years now, and they never stop trying to   
   get peoples accounts canceled for petty violations of netiquette. The   
   worst of it is that they actually do succeed from time to time, most   
   often because they use their secret Yahoo group to coordinate abuse   
   complaints from several different aliases. The ISP's sometimes find it   
   easier to cancel the account rather than deal with answering all the
