   besides being really funny, there is a scene in Looney Tunes Back in Action   
   in which several 50's sci fi monsters are released and attack the heroes,   
   including Ro-man, the Metaluna Mutant, a Triffid, and a Fiend.  What a   
   great, unexpected nod.  The movie is filled with this kind of in-joke,   
   including cameos by Roger Corman and Robbie the Robot, and a zillion   
   references to other movies and the old LT cartoons.  Definitely recommended,   
   if for no other reason than to see the Fiend back in action.....
