From: rclovely@aol.com              If anyone is out there, have you read Rowling's new book? I started it at 8:00       last night and finished it at 3:45 this morning. When I finished, I closed       the book and thought"well, that was different". It is the most unusual book I       have ever read. The        book is character dirven in that the choices the characters make move the plot       along. It is dark, gritty, sometimes funny, and real.               One reviwer wrote that Paigeford could be the small English Village where she       lives. I am origionally from a small farming/resort town in America's Mid West       and If our Village Board was faced with the same circumstances as the Village       of Paigeford, they        would act the same way.               It is not Harry Potter and is NOT FOR CHILDREN, but I think it is very good.       Rowling gives us a ride up a mountian and then gently rolls us down. What do       you think?              RC              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
