   I think there was so much hype for Casual Vacancy because it was her first   
   non-Potter book. I understand she wanted to publish this one anonymously so   
   she could get a fair review and not be compared to Potter, as Casual Vacancy   
   was.

   Cuckoo is the nickname of the victim, and I think Calling referrers to a
