   It appears that the Gringotts Bank CAN detect people who are using Polyjuice   
   Potion!  When disguised Hermione and Ron are visiting a teller's station, the   
   goblins are saying that they are morphed!  But why doesn't the Ministry of   
   Magic have a means of    
   detecting Polyjuice Potion?
