   In 1943, Lord Voldemort Aked his father and paternal grandparents.  Since he   
   was underaged, why didn't the MoM detect the underaged magic.  (He did use   
   Morfin's wand, but Morfin was overaged, so the MoM should have realized that   
   HE wasn't the perp.  The    
   MoM's alarms should have said "AK curse used by underaged wiard or witch at a   
   Muggle resident").
