   Book 3: Sirius sends Crookshanks (Hermione's cat) to the Owl Office with an   
   order for a Firebolt broomstick for Harry Potter.  The order has Harry's name   
   on it, but tells the broomstick company to take the gold out of Sirius'   
   vault.  Why didn't the Owl    
   Office tell the MoM that Harry Potter was using Sirius Black's gold to buy   
   himself a broomstick?  Wouldn't that be a vital clue to Black's location (the   
   fact that there's a financial connection between Harry and Sirius, which would   
   imply that Harry might    
   know where Sirius is!).   
      
   Also, the fact that a cat delivered the order would imply that Sirius might be   
   near the Owl Office!   
      
   Why hadn't the MoM frozen Sirius' bank account when he was sent to Azaban?
