   I assume that Marge believes Vernon's alibi that Harry goes to a school for   
   incurably criminal boys, which means that she believes that Harry must be   
   incurably criminal (if he weren't, he wouldn't be going to a school for   
   incurably criminal boys), which    
   should logically cause her to worry that Harry might be a physical threat to   
   Vernon and Petunia, and cause her to wonder why the school would allow Harry   
   out of its sights!
