   Given that Petunia and Vernon don't like Harry, its sure lucky that thanks to   
   Britain's National Health Service, Harry's health care would be free!  If   
   Vernon, Petunia, Dudley, and Harry lived in the US (where people have to pay   
   for their own health    
   insurance, and have to pay all sorts of deductibles and co-pays), would Harry   
   have gotten health care?
