|    Snape's Office Being Burglarised    |

From: tsbrueni@dcn.davis.ca.us              Paperback The Goblet Of Fire, Pages 469-470: Snape says that when he passed       his office, the torches were lit and a cupboard door was ajar. He dismisses       Peeves (a ghost) as a suspect, since he had secured his office with a spell       that only a wizard could        break (in a castle full of wizards).              P 471: Snape speculates that a student had broken into his office. Potions       ingredients had been stolen from his office before. Snape assumes that the       thieves were students attempted illicit mixtures. Later in the book, Snape       will accuse Harry Potter        of stealing such things as boomslang skin and gilly weed.              Given that Hogwarts is chock fill of wizards (mostly potentially irresponsible       student wizards) why doesn't Snape use a security spell that only HE can break?              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
