   I: Take control (Imperio!) of the British Prime Minister, his staff, other   
   British political leaders, and British military leaders   
      
   II: Get the British PM to introduce him to the leaders of other nations and   
   take them over also, plus those nations' military leaders.   
      
   III: Now that Voldemort has control of all the world's governments and   
   militaries, it would be a simple matter to secure control of all of humanity!
