   I take it to mean social transitioning, but conservatives have such weird   
   rhetoric around it that perhaps the meaning is somehow distorted through   
   the lens of a reactionary mind. They probably imagine a lot of hair dye,   
   mesh shirts, and press-on nails filed to sharp points.
