   Most likely it's the BI (Bartlo Index) causing problems.  Huge threads known   
   as "pest lists" or "pset litses" are ps0asted which consumes enormous   
   bandwidth.  Jersoph Blerto is a disturbed individual with a nasty smegma   
   covered, peatbog infested gigabrow with a stench that will bring tears to   
   the eyes.
