   He used to have Josh Weinstein as a voice/puppeteer, the same guy who played   
   Erhardt. Josh was only 18 at the time (IIRC) so his voice was certainly   
   different, but nothing I would call girly. He used a much lower pitch for Servo   
   than for Dr. Erhardt. You might be thinking of Crow, for whom Trace did a sort   
   of "babyish" voice for a while. (And of course, "Crow" *does* stand for   
   "Cybernetic Remotely Operated Woman"... *wink*)
