           Hello, faded remnant of Usenet.  I'd like to share with you my   
   traditional late Christmas present: a fresh MiSTing.  I've wanted to work on   
   this for a long time now, and figured I would never get the whole source text   
   done.  So I chopped off a    
   bit I could finish and put that into a MiSTing.  I hope to do the rest of the   
   book because, hoo boy, is there a lot of book.  If I manage that I may   
   assemble the pieces into some kind of special edition.  We shall see.  In the   
   meanwhile, please enjoy
