   	Submitted for your mild bemusement: the MiSTing of a rather   
   difficult to take quite seriously rant all about beards, politics, and   
   the genetic destiny of mankind.  It's Arthur Claude Mundyan's essay   
   ``On Beards and Evolution,'' and I'm honestly not positive it wasn't a   
   really well-written parody to start with.  But I think the outcome is   
   funny enough to take the risk.  Thank you, won't you?
