   Space, time, and causality are only defined within this universe. If there is

   outside of the universe, we don't know what that would be like. Arguing over it

   As far as the bible is concerned, the relationships among the players in the   
   game are the most important, god to human, human to human, not how the game was   
   created. A few chapters offer an explanation of the creation, but the entire   
   book is about relationships.
