   Cyclists that block a lane should be run over. Nothing worse than   
   some ass-wipe in gay spandex blocking a traffic lane. If you can't   
   pedal at least 45 mph get off the road. If there is no bike lane than   
   the road is for motor vehicles only. Move to China.   
      
      
   In my state, bicycles are regulated under the Vehicle Code, which means they   
   must stay to the right or risk being cited for being a slow moving vehicle   
   that didn't stay right.
