   Obviously false.  As for the $30,000 parking spot, if that's ownership   
   I can believe it.  If it's supposed to be annual cost, I'd say not.   
   Parking can be had in Midtown Manhattan for less than $500/month   
   including tax (cheaper elsewhere of course), which for the math challenged   
   is more like $6000/year than $30,000
