   Nothing is free. Someone always pays. If you meant provide you with   
   roads that someone else pays for, well then yep, the free market can't   
   do that, because the free market can't put a gun to someone's head to   
   make them pay for roads someone else uses.   
      
   standardized? easy, just like the free market can make standardized   
   anything else.
