   Sober up. The price of gas has nothing to do with the FACT that we encourage   
   blind & dead people to drive. That situation will be perpetuated until we   
   accept the realities of growing old, and STOP seniors from driving when   
   they're clearly unable to do so safely. The police also need to crack down   
   on cell phone users to the point where it's financially disastrous to use   
   those devices in cars. I'm talking about fines which begin at $1000 for the   
   first offense, with jail time for the second offense.   
      
   This has nothing to do with the price of gas. There is no price which would   
   make me risk my life on a bicycle with certain types of drivers on the road.
