I will leave aside for a moment the       facts that such an action violates international law and amounts to an       act of war, which would be unconstitutional if not approved by Congress       first. You probably don't care about things like that. What I will say       is that many times the US has acted militarily in the world without       caring what anyone else thinks and no matter how well it seems to turn       out initially, those things come back to haunt us. Maybe not for years       or even decades, but they come back to haunt.              As for Israel, can we all admit to the fact the they have 80-200 nuclear       weapons themselves, and it would defy all logic for Iran to launch one       weapon at them, knowing they would get wiped out by Israel's 80-200? By       not acknowledging this fact when discussing Iran, the US starts any       argument it makes about them from a knowingly false premise.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
