   Reagan wasn't above race-pandering, such as his "welfare Cadillac   
   mother"--an entity that never actually existed.  He could be very mean-   
   spirited when it suited him.  And of course, he was a facile liar,   
   although that sort of comes with the turf in politics.  And he wasn't   
   very bright.   
      
   He was a better person than W, but then, I consider W to be a sociopath.
