   If medical care were free market it would be affordable.   
   However it hasn't been free market for roughly a hundred years. Where   
   government started first with licensing and then progressively doing   
   more and more to increase the profits of what is essentially, a cartel.   
      
   Now if you want socialism instead of corporatism/fascism you'll just pay   
   high taxes and get next to nothing. But that next to nothing will be   
   affordable.
