   That the communist bloc had a worse record than us doesn't make us any   
   cleaner. Every other socialist nation out there has a better record   
   than us. I'm talking about Canada, Japan and Western Europe.

   Wait, wait. Recycling and bottle deposit laws seem like the perfect   
   program for the poor. I saw the poor pushing shopping carts full of   
   cans and bottles to the recycling center.   
      
   You don't want them begging for change at the corner, do you? You may   
   actually give them your empty can of soda.
