   Attention Obonzo: You're Fucked!
The Des Moines Register Endorses Romney, The First Republican It Has
   Endorsed in 40 Years!
DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) — The Des Moines Register is endorsing
Republican Mitt Romney for president, saying that his success in the
public and private sectors makes him the stronger candidate to help
   the nation's economy recover.
The newspaper posted the endorsement on its website Saturday evening.
It last endorsed a Republican presidential candidate in 1972, Richard
   Nixon.
It backed Obama in 2008. The newspaper said Saturday that Obama's
efforts to rebuild the economy "have fallen short." It also criticized
Obama for contributing to Washington's "partisan divide."
The Register said Saturday that Romney would help consumers feel "more
confident" about spending money, which would bring about "renewed
   investment by American companies."
