   If you took the loans out of buying new cars (particularly SUVs),   
   probably we would have as many cyclists as Holland. And the cars would   
   shrink to reasonable proportions.   
      
   What's reasonable? A Smart, a Ford Focus, even a minivan. Similar   
   sizes as in Europe.   
      
   Then the law of the jungle will be no more on our roads. People will   
   try to be smart and polite. Sounds Utopian?
