   Really?  I get ~95 mpg on a 108cc scooter (which is legally classified   
   as a motorcycle by the US government).  Would have to be a very   
   efficient car with two passengers or a fairly efficient car with three   
   passengers (neither of which would not be feasible for me, since I work   
   irregular hours) to get better "seat miles per gallon).
