   No, it makes me an expert what an arbitrary law is, and how you should   
   try to defuse the situation.   
      
   I was riding properly, the guy blasted the horn because there was a   
   sign that said "Walk bike across bridge," I gave him the finger (I got   
   tough) and he stopped and got tougher.   
      
   Do you see an irony that we have made China and now fear it? Maybe   
   it's only me.
