The idea of hiking/cycling/walking being antidepressant may seem far-
fetched but that's exactly what this study on HAPPINESS says we need.

   http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p004kln9

The program says we need NATURE, ENGAGING ACTIVITY & RESPITE. Not easy
to find around here, but I'm doing the best of a path by the beach
where I ride my bike without conflict. It often places me on the wrong
path --bike lane facing traffic-- when the wind blows too hard coming
back, not a place where I'd like to see kids ride.

Contrary to NRA belief, happiness is not a warm gun.
