   You want to tax pedestrians as well? Is that the reason many cities   
   don't have sidewalks at all?   
      
   How about us cyclists taking advantage of the same roads without   
   costing a penny? Is our crawl too slow for drivers? Are we less human?   
   Less consummers perhaps?
