   I guess Lightspeed doesnt pay well enough, since Joel's had to join the   
   California Highway Patrol. Yes, Keith Robinson was on Monk last night. Not   
   that he appeared that much. He was listed in the opening guest star   
   credits, even though he only had two or three scenes. And he traded his   
   cowboy hat for a Smokey the Bear hat.   
      
   This, of course, makes him the second PR alum to appear on Monk, with Ilia   
   "Master Org" Volok being the first.
