   Their bodies and clothes have already been transformed. What's a few more   
   changes to person's ranger form? Saying SPD - "color" may be similar to how   
   comment tags are used in C (or HTML pages) source code.  They'd be there so   
   that   
   the programmer (or in this case, creator of the ranger powers) can keep track   
   of   
   what he/she/it is working on.   
      
   The moves they perform during the morph sequence may also be a test of the   
   success of the transformation. If the body can't perform the moves during/after   
   transformation, something would probably be triggered, most likely a de-morph.
