   I have a feeling the ranger can deactivate the security lock. Eric disabled the   
   voice lock on his so Wes could use it. And the Red Chrono Morpher seemed to be   
   the key morpher (the other 4 were subservient to it being active), so I imagine   
   it has the capability to disable locks on itself.
