       You know, it's kinda funny you mention that because, I swear, I saw the   
   Command Center featured in a shot towards the finale of "Star Trek VI- The   
   Undiscovered Country".   
      
       As the _Enterprise-A_ is running towards the Romulan border to save the   
   Federation/Klingon peace talks, there's a brief shot of the outside of the   
   Romulan Camp Khitomer complex.  And in the background, there's a a building   
   that looks just like the Command Center, except with some extra features   
   added such as banners, other structures around it, and a lake in front of   
   it.   
       It's not the same location by far as the baren wasteland we know it's   
   in, but it's pretty damn close.   
      
       I'm also reminded of the MMPR-3 episode where Goldar and Rito are sent   
   to destroy the Command Center.  While I can't picture it exactly in my mind   
   any more, I seem to recall that the structure seemed quite elaborate and too   
   expensive to PR's budget back then.
