       I know what you're talking about because I saw them enough times, but   
   that wasn't the same structure in those episodes, I don't think.  It looked   
   similar to the Command Center, but not the same; not enough to be a modified   
   version.  Maybe, if the building is real, the exterior shots were similar,   
   but not the long range shots of the whole building; those were matte   
   paintings intergrated into real backgrounds.
