       From what I've seen, on a 2-week delay...   
      
       As always, the Zords are certainly a crucial point for me in any PR   
   series.  I'm not thrilled with the designs this year, but they way they're   
   presented makes me want to see more.   
       The special effects are well done, and get better and better every year.   
   (Having the Delta Squad Megazord jumping through the air to avoid fire is a   
   good example of this.)   
       The weapons are interesting, certainly the Delta Blasters that S.P.D.   
   Red uses.  R.I.C. was a nice touch, though he's kinda clumsy looking.  AIBO,   
   anyone?   
       Hand-to-hand combat was cool when "Ninja Storm" aired, but nowadays,   
   it's gotten too typical and predictable once more.   
       Character development is interesting.
