   "München (dpa) - Die Spekulationen über einen Ausstieg von Haim Saban   
   bei ProSiebenSat.1 dauern an. Nach dpa-Informationen ist das Thema aber   
   noch in einem frühen Stadium. Laut «Spiegel» müssten Saban und die   
   Investoren 80 Prozent der Mehrerlöse an den ursprünglichen Verkäufer   
   abgeben, falls sie ihre Anteile vor Ablauf einer Frist von zwei Jahren   
   verkaufen. das ist der Insolvenzverwalter der bankrotten KirchMedia. Der   
   US-Milliardär Saban hatte im August 2003 den Zuschlag für die größte   
   deutsche Senderfamilie erhalten."   
      
   Translation:   
      
   "Munich (dpa) - speculations persist over a possible defection by Haim   
   Saban from [German TV media group] ProSiebenSat.1. According to dpa   
   information, the topic is still in early stages, though. Citing   
   "Spiegel" [a German weekly news magazine] Saban and the other investors   
   would have to pay 80% of any profits to the original seller, if they   
   choose to sell their shares before a 2-year time limit [since the   
   buyout]. That would mean they'd have to pay the person who's handling   
   the bankruptcy  proceedings for KirchMedia. US billionaire Saban had won   
   the bid for the biggest German TV station conglomerate in August of 2003."
