   Actually, there was.  It was called Dismissed.  I don't know why Will   
   doesn't have it, but ViRGE at Rangerboard had a cable outage over the   
   weekend.

   Synopsis... basically, Doggie's boss, some bird dude higher in the chain   
   of command of SPD named Fowler Birdy (ugh) comes to Earth to take a look   
   at things.  He doesn't like the way the Earth branch is run and forces   
   Doggie to resign.  Meanwhile, Grumm decides to take matters into his own   
   hands and come down to Earth personally with a Max Max, bone-pimped   
   motorcycle to tango with the Rangers.  The Rangers get their butts   
   handed to them, and Birdy takes him on with similar results. Doggie   
   comes back, along with a red and blue colored ATV, and goes one on one   
   with him in an explosion filled, vehicle jumping fight similar to the   
   Tommy vs. Trent one last year.  He wins of course.  Birdy rethinks the   
   resignation, puts Doggie back in charge, and goes home.
