   The Blast Buggy was movie only; it was never in the show.  Judging from   
   the fact that the only sentai movie we ever saw clips of was GoGoV vs.   
   Gingaman (for the Trakeena's Revenge 2-parter in Lightspeed Rescue), I   
   think the American producers generally don't have access to the sentai   
   movies, making the chance we'll see the Blast Buggy and Megazord's   
   resulting combo form very, very slim.
