   You weren't supposed to get SWAT, I this weekend. That will be shown to   
   everyone on ABC Kids on the weekend of Oct. 8. That's been known for some   
   time.   
      
   You have to, have to, HAVE TO keep up with the schedule on a web site that   
   provides this service. Look in the news section of Rangerboard. Use my site   
   (cheap plug).   
      
   Here's why KOMO and other West Coast stations showed Beginnings this week.   
   Again, it has to do with football.   
      
   For us here in the Eastern half in the country, we got a football   
   doubleheader that started at noon. SPD was pre-empted. But unlike a few   
   weeks ago, this wasn't a FULL national doubleheader in that there was no   
   game at 9am local time in the Pacific zone. The Pacific doubleheader started   
   at 12:30 local time (3:30 Eastern). So, they have a full ABC Kids lineup to   
   show.   
      
   There are five more Saturdays when the Pacific stations will have an SPD   
   episode when the rest of the country doesn't. Here's the list of dates when   
   "new" episodes will be shown on ABC Kids:   
      
   SWAT, I -- weekend of Oct. 8   
   SWAT, II -- Nov. 5   
   Robotpalooza -- Nov. 19   
   ... and so on.   
      
   Nov. 12 is the last football pre-emption of the season.
