   Ozu is the Japanese pronunciation because of, you know, their total   
   difficulty of ending words without a vowel sound.  The actual kanji for   
   their last name is directly translated "Oz".

   If you were in Japan, technically, it's last name first there, so it'd   
   be Ozu Kai (or Oz Kai, whatever).  If you're typing this out for any   
   reason that involves people of English speaking countries looking at   
   what you're typing, you might want to stick with first name first,   
   because unless you have Japanese people (or Japanophiles) reading your   
   info, it's just gonna confuse a lot of us.
