       Because of the inherritant nature of how "PR" is dumbed down from its   
   original Super Sentai roots, it made me wonder if the teams themselves were   
   dumbed down as well?   
      
       For example- regardless of censorship rules in either case- are the   
   lasers of SPD more effective than the bullets used by the DekaRanger?  Are   
   torso-only shots more effective than chocking or hitting someone multiple   
   times?  And even though both teams have SWAT modes, is it more effective to   
   have a Battlizer, or not?  What about a universe-wide police organization,   
   versus one that helps off-world, but is based on Earth only?   
      
       Given these examples, and the myriad of others I can't think of off the   
   top of my head, which organization is more powerful or more effective?   
   Which one has less weaknesses?   
      
   A- the powers of Space Patrol Delta   
      
       -or-   
      
   B- the powers of Special Police DekaRanger   
      
       I know this is a strange survey, but I am just curious what others think   
   of it.  I would appreciate any answer or opinions regarding this.
