|    Death Toll Climbs as Illegal Alien Truck    |
|    12 Feb 26 21:59:05    |
XPost: sac.politics, misc.transport.trucking       From: j_d@invalid.org              Four more innocent Americans, reportedly all Amish, are now dead at the       hands of an illegal alien truck driver following a horrific crash in       Indiana earlier this month. The news is just the latest tragedy stemming       from Democrat open borders and sanctuary city policies.              On February 3, law enforcement apprehended a 30-year-old Kyrgyzstani       national named Bekzhan Beishekeev after he caused “a head-on crash in       Indiana that killed four people” in a van in Bryant, Indiana. While most       Amish themselves do not drive cars, five Amish construction workers       appear to have hired a driver to bring them home from a work site. All       four who died are reportedly Amish, according to WISH-TV reporting,       while the non-Amish driver needed emergency surgery for his injuries.              A horrifying image shared by Fox News reporter Bill Melugin shows a       mangled mess of metal following the accident. Another tear-jerking photo       shows around 60 Amish in traditional clothing gathering around the site       of the deadly incident. “I have been on the job almost 30 years and this       would definitely rank among one of the most horrific crashes I’ve seen,”       a county sheriff captain said. “Just going to the scene was chaos.”              In disturbing contrast, a mugshot shows an unfazed Beishekeev, without       any apparent remorse for the damage he caused.              Melugin reported, based on police statements, that the illegal alien       “didn’t stop for another slowed semi-truck, swerving instead into       oncoming traffic and crashing head-on into a van.”              Beishekeev was waved into the country by Joe Biden using the U.S.       Customs and Border Patrol One (CBP One) app. That program, which       President Donald Trump has repurposed as a self-deportation app, allowed       migrants to click one button and be allowed to roam the country without       any restraints.              The deadly crash in Indiana follows similar vehicular mayhem caused by       illegal aliens in Florida and California, all of whom were granted truck       licenses by 2028 Democrat presidential hopeful Governor Gavin Newsom.              Soon after the Indiana crash, Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy       laid out clear and devastating evidence showing that Democrat leaders       were responsible for the wreckage. “The Biden admin INVITED illegals       like Bekzhan Beishekeev to flood our borders,” Duffy wrote on X.       “Biden’s ‘catch and release’ policy ALLOWED him into our country.”              “Pennsylvania issued him a NON-DOMICILED license,” Duffy said.              The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) followed up with its own       indictment of reckless Democrat policies. “Not only was Bekzhan       Beishekeev released into our country by the Biden administration using       the CBP One app, but he was also given a commercial driver’s license by       Governor Shapiro’s Pennsylvania,” Assistant DHS Secretary Tricia       McLaughlin said.              “These sanctuary governor[s] must stop giving illegal aliens commercial       driver’s licenses before another American gets killed,” she warned.              Pennsylvania Democrat Governor Josh Shapiro has denied any       responsibility for his state granting CDLs to illegal aliens. “This       person had legal status in [DHS Secretary Kristi] Noem’s database when       the license was issued, and actually still shows as eligible to receive       a license *as of today*,” Shapiro’s office stated on X.              However, that argument does not appear to hold up. The “Systematic Alien       Verification for Entitlements” (SAVE) database, which Shapiro’s office       was referring to, clearly states that it does not “determine applicant       eligibility for a specific benefit or license. That determination is       made by the benefit issuing or licensing agency.”              In other words, SAVE does not determine if someone is qualified to hold       an occupational license – that responsibility falls to individual       states, who must ensure that an applicant is of legal status and       compliant with all federal laws and regulations.              While Pennsylvania issued Beishekeev a license in July 2025, the       Department of Transportation (DOT) subsequently ordered the Keystone       State to review its use of “non-domiciled” commercial driver’s licenses       (CDLs) to ensure safety compliance.              In November of last year, Transportation Secretary Duffy “announced that       the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) found       Pennsylvania violated existing federal safety regulations by issuing       non-domiciled CDLs illegally – including to ineligible foreigners       without verifying their legal status.” DOT announced it would “withhold       nearly $75 million in federal funding” unless the state revoked the       licenses and corrected its “dangerous failures.”              Shapiro’s administration failed to do so, and as a result four Americans       are now dead.              The tragedy only further underscores the need for the Trump       administration’s mass deportation operations, even for those who have       not committed violent crimes. Untold tens of thousands of illegal aliens       let into the country under the Biden administration have now secured       CDLs from blue states in direct violation of federal law and often       without even being able to read English and understand the basic laws of       the road.              The Trump administration has taken swift action to attempt to mitigate       this threat, with Noem launching an operation last October that took 145       illegal truck drivers off the highways in Indiana. But more remain.              Americans deserve to feel safe on their roads, driving to and from work       or to visit friends and family. They should not be forced to live in       constant fear and anxiety every time they are on the highway, worrying       if the truck behind them is driven by a qualified English-speaking       American or a foreigner who hopped the border under Biden.              The Trump administration is making great strides on that front. But as       long as Democrat governors continue to ignore basic safety regulations       and hand out CDLs to illegal aliens, American lives will continue to be       at risk.              https://amac.us/newsline/politics/death-toll-climbs-as-illegal-alien-truc       k-drivers-terrorize-american-roadways/              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
