   I'm not sure it's that, more like they don't know.  Most Democrats don't   
   stray far from where they drop unless circumstances permit it.  The vast   
   majority of them can't afford to travel internationally beyond Canada   
   and South American tourist traps.   
      
   If they traveled outside the US, in particular the EU, they'd better be   
   carrying the prescribed identification or they're going to be detained.   
   That even happens to citizens over there, "Papieren graag."
