   a) I'm surprised that Justice Barrett didn't follow their dissent.   
      
     Very. Surprised.   
      
   b) Sure the money is there, sure it is clearly approved, and sure, the   
   lower courts will support its usage for the American People. Papa (the   
   U.S. of A) got a brand new bag and all we have to do is trick the other   
   countries into letting us keep it.   
      
     Consider, for example, a nice roller coaster. We could design one for   
   Cuba or China, and send it to them on a cargo ship.   
      
     That is, if we could even design roller coasters any more. Intamin and   
   B&M violently poached Arrow Dynamics decades ago. That was intellectual   
   property theft. The American People ought to consider that an attack.   
      
     So why should the U.S. of A play nice? We are fucking screwed in the   
   ass when it comes to roller coasters. And we didn't deserve it - not one   
   bit.
