   E-Bay has the entire series of Sailor Moon available on DVD. The manga will   
   probably be harder to find.  However the DVDs must be Chinese produced as   
   the ADV versions for the US are out of print.   You could try to find them   
   used.   
      
   I like the romantic stuff myself.  SM has romance and a lot of good music   
   also.  I am so addicted to the Magic Girls that I have recently purchased   
   both seasons of Wedding Peach!
