   Casting aside, I wouldn't mind seeing the guys who made "This is   
   Spinal Tap" (at their peak) & "A Mighty Wind" (at another time) wrap   
   their brains around the PGSM phenomenon, the making of it and all.   
      
   It's got the "worlds collide" factor in spades.  A girls' romance   
   Manga gaining wild popularity & being shoehorned into a live-action   
   sentai "power rangers" mold.  Actors coming in from widely divergent   
   or no prior careers (wonder what Aya & Hama talked about backstage?).   
   A creative diva with ideas that make you go "Huuugh?" and the pull to   
   get them on film anyway.  Directors and producers who "know" how to do   
   fight scenes - and what monsters "ought" to look like.   
      
   Could be funny?
