From: chriskern99@gmail.com              Episode 14 - A powerful new enemy, Nephrite, and his evil crest              Quick summary: Nephite succeeds Jadeite -- his plan is to go after       specific people and get a large amount of energy from them. This time       the target is a young tennis player who is friends with Naru.              Nephrite shows up, but so does Zoisite -- this is a pattern that all       the seasons except SuperS follow. The first villian (Jadeite, Rubeus,       Kaolinite, Sailor Iron Mouse) appear alone, but then as soon as the       second villian appears, all the rest of them do as well (though just       in the background). I'm not sure why this is.              As for Zoisite, his voice actor is the same as Umino's (you can hear       the similarity in quality even though the seiyuu does a pretty good       job of using a different voice).              This episode also marks the first use of what later becomes the way       the entire show works -- the focus on a single character for the       episode. I don't think R uses it at all but S, SuperS, and Stars rely       on it almost exclusively.              Luna goes to the arcade in this episode to talk to the voice in the       computer (who we later find out is Artemis)...but I'm curious how       Artemis finds out his information. In this episode he informs Luna       that the enemy is called the Dark Kingdom, but where did he get this       information?              -Chris              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
